What we build
We build one kind of thing: software that checks whether a stack of paperwork actually supports the real thing it’s supposed to describe.
Every regulated asset comes with a chain of documents: a part, a building, a claim. When that chain matters, someone has to open every folder, match every document to the thing it describes, and notice when two documents disagree. That person is usually expensive, short on time, and needed for the judgement that comes afterwards.
We do the reading. You get a verdict per item — complete, missing, recoverable, or contradictory — instead of a pile of folders. The licensed person keeps the judgement.
Today: aircraft parts
The Trace Gap Report covers up to 150 inventory lines. For each one it says whether the trace is complete, what’s missing, whether the missing paper can still be recovered from the issuer, and where the documents contradict each other. $1,200 fixed, delivered on a date.
When a report turns up a lot worth working on, the same method can also produce assembled trace packets for a lot or a part-out, and triage every inbound lot as it arrives. We quote those after a report, not before.
The same method, elsewhere: condo structural compliance
Since Surfside, Florida condominiums have been on a schedule of milestone inspections and structural integrity reserve studies. The engineer’s judgement takes hours. Before that can start, someone spends days assembling decades of building records: permits, earlier inspections, maintenance history, component inventories and photographs.
That is the same problem in a different building. The work is to lay the records out on a timeline, show what’s missing, and flag where they disagree, so the engineer starts from an organised file instead of a stack of boxes.
What we don’t do
- Judgements that need a licence. We don’t make airworthiness, engineering or authenticity calls. The licensed person makes those.
- Anything that creates or alters a record. We index and reconcile what you give us. We don’t produce, sign or reissue documents.
- Generic automation. No chatbots, no marketing tools, no lead lists.
